If you’re looking for a great school district to build in Charlotte, you’re in luck.

Charlotte School Board members are expected to approve the hiring of a private contractor on Wednesday to build out Charlotte’s schools in preparation for the school year, The Charlotte Observer reported.

The district already owns the school district.

A public hearing on the hiring will take place on Monday at the district’s new headquarters in the historic downtown district.

The Charlotte School District is planning to use its existing buildings, including a former city office building, to build a new school.
